There are a number of steps in the household and candidates must be able to keep up with the physical demands of the position.Travel to East Coast and internationally is required.
The PA will also work with an executive assistant, family office and other household staff.
We demand a variety of skills including excellent communication skills (written and verbal), computer skills, strong management and leadership skills, and the dedication to see a job through to completion.
While every job description is absolutely unique, nearly all require some hands-on responsibilities.
General schedule is Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm but flexibility is required depending upon activities of the household.
This is a hands-on position that requires full, detailed cleaning.
Ability to communicate with Spanish speakers is a plus.
